Because your future is not built only by what you study, but also by how you think, how you respond and how you act. Nirmaan gives you the opportunity to explore yourself, strengthen important skills and start preparing for the challenges and choices that lie ahead.

Psychometric testing is a structured way of understanding different aspects of you, such as your interests, preferences, strengths, abilities and behavioural tendencies. It gives you an opportunity to discover yourself better and use that understanding while thinking about your academic and career choices.
Choosing a stream or career only because of marks, trends or what others suggest may not always be the right approach. A psychometric test aims to give you greater self-understanding and direction, helping you look at your future choices from a more informed perspective.
Not at all. Whether you are completely unsure, have a few options in mind or already have a career goal, the test can help you understand how your interests and characteristics relate to different possibilities and give you another perspective to consider.
Different tests are useful at different stages of a student's development. Svastrino offers assessments designed around specific stages, including stream exploration and career exploration, so that the insights remain relevant to where you are in your journey.
Svastrino plans to offer different assessments based on the student's stage and requirement. These include assessments designed to help with stream selection and career exploration, allowing you to choose the assessment that is most relevant to your current decision.
You will answer a series of carefully structured questions about yourself. There are no answers that you need to memorise or prepare for. Your responses are analysed to identify meaningful patterns and generate insights that can help you understand yourself and explore suitable possibilities.
No. A psychometric assessment is not a school examination. There is generally no “correct” answer that you are expected to choose. The most useful results come when you answer honestly and naturally, based on what genuinely reflects you.
Depending on the assessment you take, it can explore areas such as interests, preferences, abilities, personality or behavioural tendencies. These insights are then used to help you understand yourself and explore academic or career possibilities that may align with your profile.
A psychometric test is not designed to make the decision for you. Instead, it aims to narrow the possibilities and provide meaningful direction based on your profile, giving you a stronger starting point for exploring careers that may suit you.
The number of career possibilities can vary depending on your assessment results and profile. Rather than simply giving you a long list of careers, the aim is to help you identify relevant possibilities worth exploring and understand why they may be suitable for you.
A stream-selection assessment can help you understand which academic streams may be more aligned with your interests, abilities and profile. It is intended to support your decision—not replace your own thinking, conversations with parents or guidance from educators and counsellors.
You will receive a structured report based on your responses, presenting relevant insights about your profile and potential areas for exploration. The report is designed to help you understand the “why” behind the recommendations, rather than simply giving you an answer.
Think of the report as a starting point for exploration, not a final verdict. You can use the insights to research careers, compare possibilities, discuss options with your parents or counsellor and decide what you would like to explore further.
The assessment is designed around your own responses, so the student should complete it personally. Parents can support the process, but the most meaningful insights come when the student answers honestly based on their own thoughts and preferences.
No special preparation is required. In fact, preparing for particular answers may make the results less representative of you. Simply take some time, understand each question and answer honestly based on what feels most natural to you.
The time can vary depending on the assessment you choose. Each test is designed to be detailed enough to generate meaningful insights while remaining manageable for a student to complete comfortably.
Your interests, experiences, skills and understanding of yourself can develop as you grow. A psychometric assessment captures your profile at a particular point in your journey, so your results should be viewed as a useful reflection of where you are today rather than a permanent label.
No. A test result cannot guarantee success in any career. It can highlight areas of alignment and possibilities worth exploring, while your effort, skills, learning, experiences, choices and circumstances will also play an important role in your journey.
That does not automatically mean your career choice is wrong. Your results can give you another perspective to consider and may help you understand what attracts you to that career, where you may need to develop further and what related possibilities you could explore.
The test is only the beginning of the exploration process. You will have the opportunity to understand your report, explore the suggested possibilities, ask questions and experiment with different career ideas before making important decisions about your future.
